Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

High protein, Low carb, and a perfect meal prep option!

ingredients:
Pre made grilled chicken or frozen nuggets! (Or try out my Homemade Chicken Nugget recipe)
Buffalo Sauce
Ranch (or try my homemade Protein Ranch)
Romain Lettuce Heads
Optional Toppings: Diced tomato’s, blue cheese crumbles, fresh parsley
instructions:
Prepare your chicken according to the type!
Chopped up into small bites & add to a large bowl
Cover in Buffalo Sauce, and some ranch for extra creaminess
Optional: add seasonings in like parsley, garlic, or onion powder
cut off the bottom stem of the Romain head and then tear off your wraps
fill the wraps with your chicken and toppings of choice!
