Packed with protein, probiotics, and lots of flavor! Easy to make and tastes delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup Greek Yogurt (get almond greek yogurt for dairy free)
1/4 cup milk or almond milk
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt, pepper
1 & 1/2 TBS dill
1/2 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs fresh parsley
Or get a packet of ranch seasoning if you don't want to buy it all!
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients!
Mix for a thick consistency or blend for a smoother consistency
