Packed with protein, probiotics, and lots of flavor! Easy to make and tastes delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (get almond greek yogurt for dairy free)

  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk

  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

  • Salt, pepper

  • 1 & 1/2 TBS dill

  • 1/2 tbs minced garlic

  • 1 tbs fresh parsley

  • Or get a packet of ranch seasoning if you don't want to buy it all!

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients!

  2. Mix for a thick consistency or blend for a smoother consistency
