Turkey Basil Pesto Flatbread

high protein, easy to make!
Ingredients:
Protein Wrap (or wrap of choice) You can also use the Homemade tortillas!
Shredded Rotisserie (or bake a tenderloin and shred. carved lunch meat works too)
spinach
Cottage Cheese
turkey bacon (or regular)
Pesto (or make my homemade pesto)
balsamic drizzle
Optional: white onion and plant base butter for caramelized onions
Instructions:
cook and chop bacon and turkey
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, spinach, and pesto.
Spread the mix over one tortilla. Add turkey on top. Don’t put the bacon on until after or it will burn.
Place in the air fryer at 350 and eyeball until the edges are crispy. This could take 5-10 minutes. You will need to continue to check. If you don't have an air fryer, place in the over at 375 and eyeball until the edges of the crust are crispy
Sprinkle toppings of choice like The caramelized onions (recipe below), bacon, and balsamic drizzle over the top and then cut!
Caramelized onions:
slice Onions (careful not to dice)
add to a pan with butter and cook on medium heat until soft
Add over top of pizza!
