Homemade Gluten/Grain Free Tortillas

Ingredients:
- Half a cup of almond or coconut flour (8 standard sized tortillas)
- 2 eggs
-1/4 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt ( if you have a dairy allergy or intolerance, skip this, and add more water or almond milk
-1/4 cup water or almond milk
- Basic Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Instructions:
Combine all Ingredients into a bowl and kneed and fold until your dough is formed
You want to continue to mix until it is not sticking to the sides of the bowl or onto your hands. If it still feels wet and sticky, slowly add ore flour. If dry pieces WON'T stick or keep falling off, slowly add tiny amounts of water.
Once formed, create small balls of dough. You can roll these out with a roller, or a large glass bottle. Tortilla press machines work too!
Add to a pan with olive oil on medium heat and flip until cooked through.
