Quinoa (That you'll actually like)

Packed with protein, fiber, and nutrients! I concocted this recipe up a while ago and it is now the ONLY way that I will eat my quinoa! It is the best tasting ad packed with extra nutrients!

Ingredients:
Red or White Organic Quinoa (I prefer red, but white is what is pictured)
Pack of pre made pico de gallo
Cilantro Lime Dressing (or you can get a different brand at food lion: Briannas Creamy Cilantro Lime)
Optional: Fresh Cilantro
Instructions:
1/3 cup of quinoa into the rice cooker or stove pot with entire pack of pico de gallo and 1/2 cup of water.
For rice cooker, tap the white rice setting. On the stove, cover on medium heat and stir occasionally until the quinoa has soaked up all of the water.
When quinoa is fully cooked, slowly begin to add in the Cilantro Lime Dressing until it is as creamy as you would like. We measure with our hearts here lol.
Chill for at least 1-2 hours before eating! It is MUCH better when completely chilled.
Optional: Add in a splash of lemon juice and chopped cilantro for an extra fresh taste!
