"Berry Nutty" Oats

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Old Fashion Oats
1/3 cup Almond or oat milk (water or regular milk also works)
1 scoop almond butter (or peanut butter of choice) My favorite is Nuts'n More
Berries of choice (Blackberries and Blueberries are best for digestion and fiber intake)
Cinnamon
Optional: 2 TBS Chia seeds to get more fiber and nutrients in
Optional: Liquid Egg Whites (3-4 table spoons will make it thicker and adds protein and nutrients)
Optional: Spoonful of Organic light brow sugar, liquid stevia, or vanilla extract to add sweetness. Dark Chocolate Chips also work!
Instant/Hot Instructions: **For extra protein, add protein powder of choice and 1 more 1/4 cup of water or milk**
Add oats, water or milk, Chia seeds (opt) and liquid egg whites (opt) to a microwave safe bowl
Make sure the bowl is deep enough or oats will overflow when they expand.
Add all toppings and seasonings after you cook and enjoy!
Overnight/Meal prep option: **leave out egg whites for this option or replace with a scoop of protein powder**
Add ALL ingredients to a mason jar with a lid or a container with a lid.
Mix together and let sit in the fridge overnight. This will store up to a week!
